we had an excellent stay for 2 weeks at the ayaka suites - JAKARTA. this is our 3rd or 4th time staying there. we like it ALOT! the Kunnigan location works very well for us. Near alot of our favorites place: the ambassador mall, lotte, plaza festival, axa. walking distance to all. the ayaka has an upscale appeal with a good price, around $38/nite including breakfast. yes, the breakfast buffet is a big reason we stay here. a variety of American and Asian cuisine, including bubur ayam, eggs, waffles, fried rice, white rice and then some different dishes everyday, including chicken dishes, spaghetti, noodles. a very nice and large eating area/restaurant, with plenty of juices, kopi, fruit, bread/toast, etc. a nice atmosphere. eating area outside also, near pool. the room we got was a deluxe, with a king bed, with a side sofa, small balcony, closet, smallish HDTV, and standup shower is bathroom. bed was comfortable. we like to face kunnigan, with the high rises and lights at night, makes it a very nice view. the staff, especially doormen are very welcoming and helpful. the roundabout entrance for cars and taksis is very convenient and easy to use. we will definitely stay again at the ayaka suites, next time we visit JAKARTA.

Convenient & centralised. Easy accessibility to where I need to go. The internet is fabulous. Plenty of food areas. Major shopping Malls with in walking distance

Friendly staff, decent breakfast options for breakfast buffet, good swimming pool and comfortable room. I asked the staff at the front desk to print something for me and they were able to do so in a very quick fashion and for that I am very thankful.

Breakfast was excellent! Room had a window that opens, which, we've found, is not a common thing in Indonesia! :D We could leave our backpacks at the reception after check-out.

Comfy big Studio with Microwave, Seating area, 2 TV Screens, HBO working, Good WiFi. Great view. Nice breskfast Area. Clean. Friendly staff. Many food courts close by. Big Shopping Mall in walking distance.

The hotel has a very nice lobby, Restaurant and pool area. The beds are very comfortable with really good pillows. The room and the bathroom are big. The staff is nice and helpful. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice, we also had dinner here wich was very good. We received 2 bottles of water avery day and there is also a refilling station. Call for prayer is really loud coming from several Mosques so it is quite impossible to sleep past 4 wich makes serving breakfast from 6 great.

Neat and Clean Hotel. Above my expectations considering a 3-star hotel. The entrance and ambiance were nice. The breakfast was also good. I had taken the Junior suite, and the office table was comfortable in the room for me to work, and the Wifi was also fast.

Located in a nice area of Jakarta. Within walking distance of a big mall, shops and restaurants. The view (especially at night) from my small balcony was stunning. Even if you don't have a balcony, you can enjoy the amazing view from the nicely furnished terrace on the top floor. Friendly and helpful staff at reception as well as at the breakfast restaurant. Many different and tasty choices at breakfast.

This is my second stay here and I choose a bigger room so its more spacious compared to my last visit. I do wish that the hotel shares some nearby cafes or stalls we can get food from, but staff was always very accommodating and friendly.
